File formats
Just a few pointers with regards to any distributed files on this forum.
1.       For making sure any uploaded files are virus and spyware free, if you cant then don’t.
2.       Never assume others have the same programs as yourself, use generic file formats where possible, word compatible format is doc, docx refers to word 2007 or newer, pdf is great if you can create those.
