Your help is required

 We need your help in New Addington as previously requested.

I wonder if the USR’s could possibly assist at the above show in April. The original numbers were going to be in the low 100’s but it has started to take off and we are expecting a lot more than that now.  I really need some additional help to marshal people and generally ensure that it is a safe environment for all on the day if the numbers to get large.
The event will start about 10 and go on till 4.  The idea of the day is to give people the opportunity to have a free rider health check on either their own bike or a bike from one of the Manufactures.
There will also be static displays from

Honda
KTM
Yamaha
Aprilia
Ducati
KTM
Bike Safe
Fire Bikes
IAM
DIA
And a few more.

We have 2 x 45’ exhibition units coming from Ducati and Aprilia along with the normal show girls and bikes that motorcyclist have come to expect !!!! so any additional help, either on the road or in the park would be helpful.

Can you find out exactly what they need . We have had requests like this before and all they actually want is free car park attendants. We don't do that

Event Objectives

-              Promote the benefits of further motorcycle training.
-              Reach as large an audience as is possible.
-              Create a fun day out for motorcyclists and interested non motorcyclists.
-              Raise money for the S.E.R.V. Blood Runners Charity.

Event Details

-              Riding Health Check (30 mins) to promote Enhanced Rider Training benefits.
-              Get On Free Ride Area â€" sponsored by Doble Motorcycles. (bring a non motorcyclist and book them on a free ride on the day get a free gift, this may be something we do exclusively or a combined voucher for all participating dealers)
-              Dealer Stands â€" demo bikes. Honda. Ducati, Aprilia, Kawasaki, KTM, Yamaha, BMW 
-              Food & Refreshments.
-              Classics and Specials? Prize for the best in show etc..TBC Invite various bike clubs to attend and compete.
-              Fire Bikes
-              Bike Safe
-              S.E.R.V display (Blood Runners)


Where do USR riders come  in?


We require USR riders to assist in running out Dealer Demo ride outs and marshalling the people at the event.
