guys and girls im doing this charity abseil for Londons air  ambulance......  You never know when you might need them and Team alpha who was at the accident on Sunday saw how vitel the air ambulance are they are even if that one was from wiltshire area



Am doing the charity Abseil down 20 cabot square in Mankini and Shorts yest thats right Mankini and shorts
 
  should be a laugh  might get a bit of chafting though but who cares its for a good cause
